This was a brilliant move from NetherRealm. Hellboy was a inclusion that came completely out of left field and I absolutely love it. I am interested to hear the dialog between the two. Manta had already been teased in the game as players can catch a glimpse of him during an area transition while fighting in Atlantis. The next batch includes Black Manta, Raiden and Hellboy.īlack Manta is a great addition to the game, especially since we haven’t seen much of Aquaman’s villains showcased before. Last year, Injustice 2 brought us Fighter Packs 1 (Red Hood, Sub-Zero and Starfire, released from June to August) and 2 (Black Manta, Raiden and Hellboy, released from September to November).
